Clients agree to:

Pay all service fees on time under agreed billing terms.
You agree not to:

All content, branding, designs, and software provided by Triaza Dental are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Clients retain ownership of their own logos, trademarks, and business materials but grant us a limited license to use them for providing marketing services.
When engaging in email and SMS campaigns through Triaza Dental:
Clients are responsible for securing opt-in consent from recipients.
All communications must comply with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA).
Recipients will always have the right to unsubscribe or opt out.
Fees are due as outlined in individual service agreements or invoices.
Late payments may incur interest charges and/or suspension of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triaza Dental shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Results of marketing campaigns, as performance can vary by industry and market conditions.
Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees of specific results, ranking improvements, or business growth.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
A client breaches these Terms.
Payment obligations are not met.
Services are misused for unlawful activity.
Clients may terminate their services in accordance with their service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless both parties agree to alternative resolution.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
